Hardness: M1ES, very soft, long-distance swimming [5–20 km]; M2ES, soft, middle-distance swimming [2–7 km], horizontal dynamic apnea and constant weight; M3ES, medium, middle-distance swimming [400–800 m] and constant weight; M4ES, hard, sprint and constant weight for larger swimmers.
